Dr. Tom M. Joseph is a dynamic Edupreneur with over a decade of experience in the education and training industry, both in India and internationally. He serves as the Director of New Initiatives at JAIN University, where he leads its national expansion, digital strategies, and vocational education programs. Under his leadership, JAIN University has become one of India’s largest online degree providers with over 40,000 students across 70 countries.
Tom is also a founding member of ISDC (International Skill Development Corporation), a UK-based education and skilling company. He has been instrumental in shaping ISDC’s strategic direction, market strategies, and international expansion. He co-founded United Skills Development Corporation (USDC) in 2021, an education technology company offering online degrees with over 50,000 students.
With a Master's in International Business & Strategy and a Doctorate in Education Management, Tom is also an angel investor in multiple startups across sectors like education, technology, and agriculture. He is actively involved in social impact initiatives as Vice President of the Empowering Lives Foundation (ELF), UK. Additionally, Tom manages his family’s pineapple plantation, producing the world-renowned Vazhakulam Pineapple, India's only GI-tagged pineapple.

Sunil Kumar is a first-generation entrepreneur and the founder of Asset Homes Pvt. Ltd., a leading real estate company in Kerala. Since its establishment in 2007, Asset Homes has completed 79 residential projects across the state and earned the highest CRISIL DA2 Plus Rating, making it the market leader in the region. Sunil is known for his innovative approaches in real estate, including pioneering the SELFIE apartment, a self-contained living space in just 96 sq.ft., and offering India’s first JCI-accredited Home Care Services.
A Civil Engineering graduate from Government Engineering College, Thrissur, Sunil pursued a postgraduate program in Real Estate Management at IIM Bangalore and Harvard Business School. He also holds a professional diploma from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Under Sunil’s leadership, Asset Homes has formed strategic collaborations with international and domestic organizations, including Taurus Holdings (USA), Columbia Pacific Communities (for senior living facilities), and GRID Properties UAE. The company has also partnered with JGT and TCM for high-end residential and township projects across India.
In addition to his business success, Sunil is a noted author, having written books like "Build to Last" and "SUSTHIRA NIRMITHIKAL" on real estate and entrepreneurship. He also leads several social initiatives, such as ‘Ashiyana’ (building homes for the poor), ‘Treedhan’ (distributing tree saplings to newborn girls), and the ‘Beyond Square Feet’ lecture series on sustainable development.
Sunil Kumar's leadership has been recognized by various industry bodies, and Asset Homes has received numerous prestigious awards, including from CRISIL, KCCI, CREDAI, CIDC, and CNBC.

Rahul Abraham Mamman is an experienced entrepreneur and angel investor based in Cochin, Kerala, with over 17 years of expertise in building and scaling businesses in the FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors. He is the founder of MPC, a leading pharmaceutical distribution company in the region, which has grown to achieve a turnover of ₹ 800 crores and employs over 450 people. Rahul also founded Haeal, an FMCG brand that blends Kerala’s Ayurvedic and wellness traditions, offering products in personal care and wellness.
In addition to these ventures, Rahul co-founded The Unbottle Co., a sustainable startup that has since been exited with VC funding. His angel investment portfolio includes ventures across various sectors, such as Jogo (sports and community platform), Sporthood (sports-tech), Karas Healthcare (healthcare solutions), Zappyhire (HR-tech), Goofy Tails (pet food and care), and Carbon Credit Company (sustainability initiatives).
Rahul is deeply engaged in Kerala’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, holding active memberships in TiE Kerala, where he serves as Head of Deal Sourcing for Kerala Angel Network, as well as in the Kerala Management Association, Kerala Angel Network, Rotary Club, and Young Indians (Yi).
A passionate numismatist, avid traveler, and family-oriented individual, Rahul lives in Cochin with his wife, Miriam Verghese, and their two children.

Formerly, he was the CEO of Eastern Condiments,

family business and has since played a pivotal role in
steering its growth. His distinct entrepreneurial talent coupled with his hard work and persistence has
contributed substantially to the growth of the group to its present stature.
Mr. Meeran has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to various social responsibilities through the
family office. The group actively engages in angel and private equity in innovative and technology-enabled
startups across diverse industries, as well as other social enterprises. In addition to his corporate
responsibilities, Mr. Meeran serves as the President of the Kerala Football Association and has previously
